Dr. Wang Xiaomin studied at Tongji Medical University, Southeast University, and Flinders University (Australia).
He has been engaged in plastic and aesthetic surgery for many years.
In 1992, he pursued advanced studies in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, under the guidance of Academician Zhang Disheng and Professor Wang Wei. He gained a comprehensive and systematic understanding of aesthetic surgery, microsurgical repair, and organ reconstruction.
He has received multiple provincial and municipal science and technology achievement awards, including the Henan Science and Technology Progress Award for “Repair of Finger Trauma Defects Using Digital Arterial Island Flap”.
He has published papers in professional journals at home and abroad, co-authored Aesthetic Psychology, and co-translated Coleman Fat Grafting: From Filling to Regeneration (2nd Edition).
In 2008, he was invited to Shanghai as a member of the Aesthetic Surgery Expert Panel at the 455th Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army, where he successfully performed a series of maxillofacial reconstruction procedures.
From 2010 to 2019, he served as Technical Dean at several plastic surgery hospitals.
He has visited and studied in the United States, France, Italy, and South Korea.
He is an exchange scholar at UT Southwestern Medical Center (Dallas) and a visiting scholar at Dr. Roger’s Clinic (Miami Breast Augmentation).
He received systematic and rigorous training in plastic surgery theory and operative simulation at UT Southwestern Medical Center, and studied breast surgery and reconstruction with Professor Roger in Miami.
Focusing on Asian facial characteristics, he has improved traditional Western large-incision facelifts, achieving effective facial lifting through
minimally invasive small incisions.
His current clinical focus includes:
small-incision facial rejuvenation, liposuction and body contouring, breast surgery, and eye surgery.
