He has many years of clinical experience in neurosurgery and serves as an Adjunct Professor at the First Hospital of Jilin University and Yanbian University School of Medicine.
Dr. Feng graduated from Jilin Medical College in 1989.
He completed advanced training in neurosurgery at Shanghai Changzheng Hospital, Second Military Medical University (2000), and studied microsurgical neurosurgery at Beijing Sanbo Brain Hospital (2006) with outstanding performance.
He is highly skilled in surgical and minimally invasive treatments for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and pioneered advanced procedures including intracranial aneurysm clipping and carotid endarterectomy (a project under the 12th Five-Year National Science and Technology Support Program).
He has published more than 10 professional academic papers and enjoys a high reputation in neurosurgery in the Tonghua area of Jilin Province.
