Dr. Ou Xiaobing is a senior expert in interventional oncology and vascular surgery, currently serving as the Attending Physician of Oncology at the International Medical Center of Guangzhou Fosun Chancheng Hospital. With over nine years of specialization in interventional oncology and vascular procedures, he has accumulated profound theoretical knowledge and extensive clinical experience in the interventional diagnosis and treatment of multisystemic tumors and peripheral vascular diseases.

Dr. Ou Xiaobing completed systematic advanced training in vascular and interventional oncology at Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital, one of China's leading interventional medical centers. During this period, he was selected for the elite training program at the Southern Interventional Institute, where he completed high-level specialized skill training for interventional physicians. Additionally, he participated in the Specialized Competency Training Program for Peripheral Vascular Intervention (Hemangiomas and Vascular Malformations), organized by the National Health Commission's Center for Capacity Building and Continuing Education and conducted at Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center, earning authoritative certification.
