Recently, Fosun Health's subsidiaries,
Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital, Shenzhen Hang Seng Hospital, Guangzhou Fosun
Chancheng Hospital, and Zhuhai Chancheng Hospital, held a signing ceremony with
Hong Kong Adventist Healthcare at Shenzhen Hang Seng Hospital. This partnership
not only signifies the continued sharing of medical resources and in-depth
collaboration across multiple areas, including information, technology, and
talent, but also demonstrates Fosun Health's commitment to international
business development and the deep integration of healthcare within the
Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Ling Hongbao, President and CEO of Hong
Kong Adventist Hospital, signed contracts with representatives of four
hospitals, namely, Hu Hang, CEO of Fosun Health and President of Foshan Fosun
Chancheng Hospital, Wu Xiang, President of Shenzhen Hang Seng Hospital, Peng
Haibin, President of Zhuhai Fosun Chancheng Hospital, and Liang Shuzhen, Vice
President of Business of Guangzhou Fosun Chancheng Hospital, officially
launching a new model of cross-border interconnected hospitals.

Since the beginning of this year, Adventist
Healthcare and Fosun Health have been actively negotiating collaboration. Hong
Kong Adventist Hospital – Stubbs Road and Hong Kong Adventist Hospital – Tsuen Wan have been actively discussing
potential collaborations with Fosun Health's Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital,
Shenzhen Hang Seng Hospital, Guangzhou Fosun Chancheng Hospital, and Zhuhai
Chancheng Hospital. In March, a strategic collaboration framework memorandum of
understanding was signed. Over the following four months, the two sides
conducted numerous visits and exchanges between management and medical
professionals, exploring innovative and effective collaboration models across
information, talent, resources, business, and technology.

Hu Hang, CEO of Fosun Health and President
of Fosun Chancheng Hospital in Foshan, noted that Fosun Health has a presence
in five major economic zones: the Greater Bay Area, the Yangtze River Delta,
the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Central China, and Sichuan and Chongqing.
Going forward, Fosun Health will focus on strengthening the capabilities of its
existing hospitals while also promoting international business development and
fostering deeper integration between the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao region,
bridging the healthcare gap. Furthermore, building on the fact that Fosun
Chancheng Hospital in Foshan has been included in the second batch of
designated hospitals for the "Hong Kong and Macao Drug and Medical Device
Access" program, Fosun Health will accelerate the process of securing
Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital's inclusion in the third batch, benefiting even
more patients in China.

Ling Hongbao, President and CEO of Hong
Kong Adventist Hospital, expressed his deep congratulations and also stated,
"This signing will provide the best diagnosis and treatment options for
patients in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao region, jointly building medical
access channels between the two regions. Hong Kong Adventist Hospital will also
recommend suitable Hong Kong doctors to practice in multiple locations in the
Greater Bay Area, maximizing the sharing of medical resources."

In the future, the two sides will continue
to deepen multidisciplinary cooperation in the medical field, fully respond to
national advocacy, deepen cross-border medical service connections, and link up
with Hong Kong and Macao to achieve complementary advantages in medical
resources.
