delegation from the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Guangzhou,
including Kang Sang-wook, Economic Consul Choi Gyo-mok, and Consular Assistant
Zhang Chunling, visited Guangzhou Fosun Chancheng Hospital of Guangdong
Pharmaceutical University. They were received by Fosun Health International
Cooperation Department General Manager Ye Ning, Deputy General Manager Wu Dan,
Guangzhou Xinshi Hospital President Tan Minghua, Vice President Song
Shengsheng, Party Branch Secretary Zhang Cheng, and Assistant President Wu
Yaobo, among other hospital leaders.
Ye Ning, General Manager of Fosun Health's
International Cooperation Department, briefed the Consul General on the Fosun
Health International Medical Cooperation Project and expressed his hope that
Fosun Health could carry out more comprehensive and in-depth cooperation with
South Korea in the medical field.
On behalf of the hospital, President Tan
Minghua extended a warm welcome to the Consul General and his delegation.
President Tan mentioned that the hospital is only 2 kilometers away from
Yuanjing Road, known as the "Korean Street in Guangzhou", which has
an inherent geographical advantage. He also said that our hospital has
sufficient capabilities to actively guarantee the medical work of Korean
citizens in Guangzhou.
Afterwards, Consul General Jiang Xiangxu
learned about the basic situation of our hospital and exchanged views with us
on the medical quality, medical charges, medical environment, etc. of our
hospital, and gave high praise to the comprehensive conditions of our hospital.
After the talks, Consul General Jiang
Xiangxu exchanged gifts with General Manager Ye Ning and President Tan Minghua,
and visited the neurology ward, VIP ward and health examination center of our
hospital.
The visit of the Consulate General of the
Republic of Korea in Guangzhou to Guangzhou Xinshi Hospital is an important
exploration of the medical and health management of residents in the Greater
Bay Area. It fully demonstrates the original intention of both sides to promote
medical development and social services for the Chinese and Korean people, and
to jointly contribute to building a healthy and harmonious medical society.
