As we all know, hemodialysis, as an
important treatment for chronic renal failure, can help improve patients'
quality of life and prolong their lives. It plays an irreplaceable role in
improving patients' quality of life and prolonging their lives. Furthermore,
hemodialysis treatment requires long-term maintenance. If interrupted, patients
can develop various complications of late-stage renal failure, which can be
life-threatening in severe cases.
With the advancement of medical technology
and the aging population, the demand for hemodialysis is increasing, and the
importance of hemodialysis nursing care is becoming increasingly prominent.
Strengthening the professionalization, standardization, and quality of
hemodialysis nursing care is becoming particularly important.

District Nursing Association, stated that the establishment of the Hemodialysis
Nursing Professional Committee is not only a positive response to the
development of the hemodialysis nursing profession, but also a strong guarantee
for patients' health needs. It also represents both expectations and challenges
for the future of hemodialysis nursing in Baiyun District, marking a solid step
forward in the field of hemodialysis nursing in the district.
She hopes the committee will strengthen
academic exchanges and cooperation, promote disciplinary development, and
thereby advance the standardization of hemodialysis nursing. It also aims to
cultivate a group of hemodialysis nursing professionals with professional
knowledge and skills, striving to become a city-level training base as soon as
possible.
