I. Preparing for Your Visit
Your Identification
Please bring your valid Passport or Residence Permit.
Your Medical History
To help our doctors understand your health better, please bring any previous medical records, lab reports, or imaging files (such as CT, MRI, or X-rays).
A list of your current medications, known allergies, past surgeries, and immunization (vaccine) records would also be incredibly helpful.
Booking Your Appointment
To ensure we can arrange a dedicated translator for you, prior booking is highly recommended.
You can easily book online, via phone, or in person. Please provide your passport details and email address. Once confirmed, an Appointment Confirmation Letter will be sent directly to your email.

II. Registration & Check-In
Upon arrival, please present your Appointment Confirmation Letter at the Main Outpatient Hall or the International Medical Center to set up your medical card and complete registration.
Please let our reception team know if you hold commercial health insurance or international direct-billing insurance.
III. Language Support Services

IV. Billing & Insurance
Accepted Payment Methods: For your convenience, we accept RMB Cash, international credit/debit cards (Mastercard and Visa), as well as WeChat Pay and Alipay.
Navigating Your Insurance:
Direct-Billing Insurance: Please present your insurance card at check-in so we can assist you with the pre-authorization process.
Self-Pay & Reimbursement: If your insurance does not support direct billing, please inform us before your consultation. You will need to pay out-of-pocket first. We will gladly help you gather all official invoices, itemized bills, and medical records needed for your reimbursement claim later.

VI. Inpatient (Hospital Stay) Accommodations
An initial deposit is required upon admission, which can be paid in local or foreign currencies.
We offer thoughtful, value-added services to make your stay comfortable, including tailored meal plans, caregiver assistance, and ongoing translation support (some services may incur an additional fee).
Discharge Process: Settling your final bill → Receiving your Discharge Summary & Medication Guide → Collecting your commercial insurance paperwork.

Your Safety First: Please be sure to disclose any drug or food allergies, pre-existing medical conditions, or pregnancy to our medical team.
Medication Safety: Please take all prescribed medications exactly as directed by your doctor. Do not adjust your dosage on your own.
In Case of Emergency: If you or a loved one experiences severe chest pain, heavy bleeding, loss of consciousness, or major trauma, please go directly through our Emergency Green Channel.
